How much exercise do you do?

I don't exercise because I take my body for granted and don't pay much attention to it.

I go to soccer practice three times a week, 1.5 hours or running or just standing on one spot and waving my limbs. That, plus working at home, chopping wood, carrying wood, sawing wood, burning wood and raking the leaves.

Surely if would be: beer up, bottle down? unless you were filling the bottles with beer...

EDIT: nevermind, i'm tired.

I've been running across town for the past 2 months or so every day for an hour, it's actually quite refreshing after a long day.

I've managed to maintain a 2-pack for quite some time despite all the greasy, salty chips I eat.

By the way, nice try but I'm not posting pics.

I can tell you that "tu-pak" in Pashto means "rifle". The more you know...

Of what?  :???: No offence, but a "2 pack" isn't very impressive
Pharaoh Llandy 说:
A Tupac is far more impressive than a two-pack.

Oh, I know that.  That goes without saying really.  I think I was just being paranoid.

Sure, when you say it like that it doesn't sound like a lot, but when you say "I'm benching Llandy" it sounds like a lot more. Sometimes I use myself as a unit of measurement, like I imagine Ilex bench-pressing me or Pavlov doing bicep curls with one of me in each hand. My bike weighs over three times my bbody weight and Jace is 1.4 Llandys tall.
I've actually been lobbying for them accepting Llandy as a standard measurement in the SI, no progress yet though

If it makes you feel any better, I have absolutely no desire to see you with your shirt off.

Or on, for that matter.

Those damn continentals, trying to oppress our units of measurement!
