How much exercise do you do?

Work my entire body twice a week with weights and machines, on top of the daily rigmarole of military life. Go running ever so often. Ran 3 km in 11:45 last time, so not TOO shabby.

I do a 5 day split routine for 1-1.5 hours each day.  I don't do cardio cuz my left knee is ****.  I've managed to maintain a 2-pack for quite some time despite all the greasy, salty chips I eat.

I just realized I've done absolutely ****all with my body for about 2 weeks, so I did 15 pull-ups. I'm fine til christmas.

I do a lot of pushups and situps and drink a lot of juice.

I made this joke in the last exercise thread, but seeing the other posts here, I'm not sure it was recognised as one

Probably because the whole point of a joke is to be funny to somebody other than the person telling it.

Yes, Westside and all of that.  His shoulders could use a little girth.

Walk to work every day, which is a 5 mile round trip. Go to the gym every lunch time and do 15-30 mins cardio and 15-30 mins weights. Twice a week after work go to the gym for 1.5-2 hours to do cardio and weights. Twice a week after work I do martial arts for 1-2 hours. Once a week after work I do horse riding for an hour. Weekends I do a 4km run one morning, and then 30-60 mins on an exercise bike on whichever day I don't go running.

So I keep pretty active, I'm on the go quite a lot.

Do you bench Llandy and if you do how much can you bench?

I can workout with my upper body/legs but can't run/jog as I have a toe problem but other than that I go too the gym and lift weights/leg curls/sit ups/push ups/etc

Thanks for the tip. Maybe you'll also be able to work out the point of my post.

No, I don't bench, doubt I could do very much even if I tried. I see guys doing it in the gym all the time though, some of them are stupidly strong. Like, benching more than my body weight.  o_O

I do about 60 press-ups a night, about 30 minutes of walking during the week and do lots of tramplining during the weekend.

Practically nothing. Except for about twenty minutes of walking to and fro busstops/stations and school/home. And yesterday I walked about three hours in total. :3

Benching 55 kg is NOT much.

Sure, when you say it like that it doesn't sound like a lot, but when you say "I'm benching Llandy" it sounds like a lot more. Sometimes I use myself as a unit of measurement, like I imagine Ilex bench-pressing me or Pavlov doing bicep curls with one of me in each hand. My bike weighs over three times my bbody weight and Jace is 1.4 Llandys tall.

It gets difficult to tell the difference between a Seff and a Nahkuri.
