How much exercise do you do?

So I was just wondering how seriously the Taleworlds community takes fitness.

I'm currently doing 200 sit-ups a day and an hour long run every other morning. Working out rather well I think  :smile:
 
25 press ups, 50 sit ups and a walk or a jog every 2-3 days. Not much, but enough to stop me getting fat.
 
200 sit-ups a day? How fit are you already? If you overwork you're body like that you're more likely do damage your muscles. 50 a day would suffice.

Anyway, I myself am on a Public Services course at college, so I'm in their gym twice a week and we go hiking every other Tuesday. Plus a few daft workouts here and there.
 
Lift weighs for all muscles above the waist three days a week, running at constant 9km/h for 20min (not counting the walking warm-up and warm-out) the other three days in between the lifting weighs.
Sit-ups every day (could do a hundred, though that's too much and I'll end up sore the other dey) except on Wednesday (resting day). Yes, it's an incredibly low amount, but I have to start somewhere and it's definitely where I have the most difficulty.
Chin-ups and pull-ups on every running day.
 
I try 50 push ups a day, cant be bothered with sit ups and some running once a few days.

To get max score on my PFT I have to do over 100 sit ups in under 2 minutes, so it's not uncommon for me to hit 200 sit ups in a morning after doing a couple sets.
 
I don't count but about 15 min. of sit-ups and 15 min. of push-ups with short breaks, light weight lifting and various stretching out.
About 1 hour total, about 5 times/week. I aim for stamina not big muscles  :smile:

(Oh, and sometimes run in the woods nearby)
 
Not so much exercise, but I do stretch quite a bit. I also eat semi-healthily. As in, I just ate a nice kebab-fries meal, but the rest of the day will propably consist of carrots and some cola. Also, now that winter is coming (ololo), Im going to be walking about 5 kilometers a day.
 
Walk to work every day, which is a 5 mile round trip. Go to the gym every lunch time and do 15-30 mins cardio and 15-30 mins weights. Twice a week after work go to the gym for 1.5-2 hours to do cardio and weights. Twice a week after work I do martial arts for 1-2 hours. Once a week after work I do horse riding for an hour. Weekends I do a 4km run one morning, and then 30-60 mins on an exercise bike on whichever day I don't go running.

So I keep pretty active, I'm on the go quite a lot.

Hmm, speaking of which, Ive read somewhere that having sex is pretty good exercise, but how well does it work as a way to stay in shape? I guess it depends on the person having sex too, and how.
 
I do a lot of pushups and situps and drink a lot of juice.

I made this joke in the last exercise thread, but seeing the other posts here, I'm not sure it was recognised as one  :razz:

Well, you need to have sex for a very long time, or you can do quickies with short intervals.
