How many cows???

Okay so I'm going around to buy cattle for my poor village and the first few I go to have no cattle.  Then I go to this village (forgot name) and I see this

Has anyone encountered this?
Is this specific to Lords and Realms or was it in Native?
Why can't that happen to my village?

I have seen it in some other mods to and i believe it's random what you start with and then there is a script that calculates the growth of cattle.

Once I have seen even more. (like 150...) And they were 9 denars per head. But it was in some of the mods I think.

This village is rich, so there are a lot of cows

Seen it tons of times, usually buy 10 or so, take them to the nearest town, slaughter and make a small profit.
