How is it that there still isn't a Lord of the Rings mod for M&B: Warband

Honestly, how can this amazing modding community - which has turned out such fantastic and unique additions to this already amazing game - not have created a LotR-themed total conversion?

I know there was one for the original M&B, but that was back in 2007, and it has since been taken down.

What gives?

The Last Days has been re-released last year, and has had steady updates.

I'm a big fan of The Veiled Stars. They have seperate modules for different groups (Men, Mordor, Isengard) and are releasing each of them seperately as they're completed. The Men is around 80% finished by Jarvy's report, and it should be released within the next few months.

I'd love to learn, but... don't really know how to learn!
