How does one ignore people on the forums?

Just do what I do, and don't read posts by the people you're ignoring. Works wonders (unless they're spamming your inbox, of course. In which case, I don't know if ignoring them stops that).

Yes, you can block people from sending you Personal Messages when you add them to your Ignore List.

It's a theme. You can change themes through Profile > Modify Profile > Look and Layout > Current Theme > (change). It is the Chocolate Curvaceous one, I believe.
