how do you insert pictures and or spoilers into your topic?

Hey I need to know how you insert pictures in to your topic I know about the "insert Picture" button but I do not know how to use it correctly
(oh yeah and the spoilers)

Each picture has a url link to it.
This goes inside the brackets.

e.g. 

[IMG]http://www.photobucket.com/pic[/IMG]

Spoiler works similarly but instead of a url you can put anything.

To make it easy, you can highlight the words before you post, and then click on the button. It will automatically make the brackets for you.
