How do you change the troop recruitment (M&B)

Searched and found nothing about this... so sorry if it has been asked/solved before.. (Also sorry if its in the wrong section)

Okay.. I changed my max party size and the mercenary recruitment in tweakMB but the options to change the amount of people you get from a village when you try and recruit them.. (Because I can hold like 11k troops and its a pain in the *** to go around and only get about 0-11 troops from each village)


So how do you change it manually
