how do i raise dead?

You have to join the Blighted Plague. You will receive a Book of Necromancy. Then, after every victorious battle, you will invoke Necromancy and raise some troops from the dead.

To create an Abomination, you need to go to Camp > Take an Action > Revive an Abomination. You need 20 Revived Corpses, 2 Revived Taskmasters and 1 Revived Overseer, which are all troops you get through Necromancy.
