How do i make a fellow trusted player a admin?

Hi i finally got a non dedicated server working finally called ASERVERTEST no password
Unfortunately it is only hosting as of now but whatever
Now i want to make my friends who have been eagerly waiting for this moment of the server coming up to give them admin status as i plan to make a few admins.
I can only hope it shows up in the list for the others.
So how to i make another player a admin?

Just give them the admin password you have set for the server. They enter it where you would enter the regular password if you password the server.
