How do I make 2h polearms couchable?

I'd like to use my enormous glaive for running people through with the couched damage, how do I do that? the editor doesn't make it very clear..

Just make sure you make it a one handed polearm.

Edit: uncheck the "two handed polearm" box and youll have it.

Would that mean the glaive functions in the same way as a 2 handed polearm when you don't have a shield equipped, but when you do have a shield you'll be able to stab with it?
