How do I increase weapon proficiency limits?

I've been playing Warband for quite some time now, but I always wondered whether anyone ever modded past the proficiency limit of 699 for all weapons, and whether anyone modded past the 63 attribute limit, and also whether it's possible to change the amount of xp needed to level up so I can reach really high levels at almost the same rate as lower levels.

lv past 62 will give you a bug that is probably not going to be fixed so I'd probably hold that off.

They clamp your import to 699 proficiency so I'd say that'd be difficult.  however since the attributes are not capped on import technically you can write a new character skill screen to do that and replace the old one somehow (I am not exactly sure how to change the shortcut at the world map however.  You might want to ask the Brytenwalda team although they should be busy cleaning up their mess at VC)
