How do I increase number of volunteers?

I'm quite unsure wether or not this is the correct section for this topic but the "notices" brought me here.


I'm wondering how I can increase the number of volunteers that come from villages?
I've got TweakMB but I'm not sure what do to.

raise your relations with the village in question through quests, never ask for reward. you'll even get some higher tier troops.

Yeah I just saw the "Forge" subforum 

I know about that but it's not enough to satisfy my greed!  , I was thinking about how I can get ALL villages to produce more volunteers. Most will give ya like 2 - 9

LMAO poor you, trust me that's decent enough. Recruiting was never easy that's why you run rounds and check in to make sure that there is no bandits always do favors for them that way your numbers of recruiting goes really high up.

Gonna try and use TweakMB for Warband, there seems to be some options greyed out for M&B.
