How do I edit conversations?

I've tried editing conversations using the unofficial modding tool but to no avail. I don't want to drastically change them, just edit some of the text in them. I've made a competing crusader mod to Jackychan's mod because I wasn't satisfied with the historical accuracy of his, but when I want to join the Muslim side, Sultan Salah ad-Din (King Yaroglek) still says "So you want to join the Vaegir cause?"

Also, when Borcha is being bought from the Count (who is now named Emir Hassan), he still says that there is a bounty on him in Sargoth, and yet Sargoth is now named Jerusalem. I want to change this and if somebody could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

open conversation.txt in wordpad and search for Sargoth & Vaegir and replace them as needed
