How do i convince Lords to join my rebel cause?

My first time playing MB and I have started the Swadian rebel run,i managed to convince a lord on the first try, but now i am days without success to convice another Lord

I have Honour, renown, right to rule and a 55+ party, but they don't want to enter my cause
Even when i try to convice a lord that:
- Has posiitive relation with me
- Has negative points with his current liege
- Has no Fiefs
- Has a small party

What am i missing?

That was a huge overkill for an 'ally' doing barely anything.

350,000 in vanilla Native is too much for a useless ally; with that many denars you can recruit the whole Calradia.

How do you increase the size of the army can you can muster?
