how do i add pictures to forum posts?

this is a super simple question i know lol but been trying to work it out for past 5 min... when i try to add an image to a post i click on the 'insert image' but i cant insert an image or paste one in... please help its driving me nuts haha

Put a link or url to image or uploading to site as imgur there you can copy url much easier

Just copy the image address of your image and paste that in between the image code.

If you are trying to post an image straight from your PC, I don't think you can. You have to upload the image to the internet first, usually through an image hosting site like imgur, photobucket, etc. Personally I just use Gyazo so I can just take a screenshot of images on my computer and they automatically get uploaded to my Gyazo account, no sign in or manually opened websites required. As soon as you take a screenshot, a webpage with the screenshot you just took opens up automatically for you.
