I don't really remember the variables really, but there is such a prop, which has to be placed on the scene, and set Var1 at, let's say 7 (for dog sounds I guess) and var 2 at 120, to make the sound happen more often. That's all I just know.

He means the exact same thing as seen in the video, it just looks a bit differently but serves the same function.
The effect of it is quite retarded though, as repetitively playing the same short sound footage at high frequency will be annoying after a considerably short time.
(I remember a map where the creator was quite fond of those props and I almost went nuts, if I had heard another smithy sounds I would have killed any durn smith around just to make the sound stop..)
