How do companion's parties work and what can I do with them?

Hello,
I've been able to create a new party and assign it to a companion. What can I really do with it? Can I give them orders or something? They just seem like normal allied parties that give you some influence/renown/gold but you pay for.

Last thing, the party got disbanded some times already for no apparent reasons. I've simply seen it missing from the page. Did it get destroyed?

They are basically just an Ally until you form or join a Kingdom, when you are part of a kingdom you can "Create an Army" - Your clan members join your Army without using any Influence.

Oh ok, thanks. How can I use the influence to make my allies join, by the way?

If you Create or join a Kingdom, you will have a new Kingdom Tab available beside your "Clan Tab", from there you will be able to do it!

As independent clan members they can help earn coin and renown.

They will work on troops (you can give/take from them).

And they get experience (levels) too.

Also you can use companions as caravan masters or governors for coin.

Remember that most of the late game stuff is not fully implemented at this time, so this feature will likely grow in a few months.
