I found the game completely randomly on Youtube. Downloaded the 'triallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll' version of Mount & Blade, I got hooked up to it instantly. When Warband was finally released, I again downloaded the 'triallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll' version. After a few months joined some Russian clan and in two days sold my SA-MP server and I used the money to buy Warband on Steam, ditched the Russian clan and was invited to join a Polish clan right after I killed the whole enemy team on their server.

On the day of the premiere, first release, i found it in media markt, and googled fast for a video of it ,because i thought that its a really cool game.I downloaded a version of it,played the whole night, and next day i went to mediamarkt and bought it.fantastic beginn ^^

I had surfed past this game a hundred times on STEAM, not realizing what it was....Good grief, I love this game...have logged 70 hours in ten days playing the Brytenwalda Mod....I am in gaming nirvana....perfect mix of strategy/RPG/battle simulator/immersion....wow!

And now they say there is a whole new Viking campaign about to be released? wow!

Oh, it was 2008 I suppose. (Or 2007? Not sure.) I used to buy a gaming magazine we have here called LEVEL every month. So, in october they gave this Vanilla version 0.604 as demo, man I loved it. Our love grew even stronger since then.

I found this game because I wanted to play a game where you could be a roman. I downloaded the Eagle and the Wolves for M&B and I loved it since.

Found MB (not warband) on ModDB and got the trial version then after me and my brother playing the hell outta it we got our 2nd original game!!!!! (all were pirated before it but Neverwinter Nights  ARRRRRR). Ever since then only original versions

Was bored, so I looked up good medieval games to play and Mount & Blade popped up, and I decided to try it, so i got the demo version, then I got the normal Mount and Blade, finished it, now Warband  I love it, it's really fun too.

Ps.  I used to think it was Mountain Blade at first, lol. Then I read the title...
