How Can I Make Knighthood Orders?

I own a town, and I would like to have a Knighthood order, but I dont know how to get it, I have a Qualias Gem, but I dont know how to use it to make the Knighthood Order.

You´re not fitting the requirements. This has been explained a thousand times so far. The time it took to create this useless topic spent on a quick search had brought forth your desired answer.
