As the title suggests, I want to play in a world at war where all the factions are constantly at war with one another and cannot make peace. I have tried the console command campaign.start_world_war but the AI just immediately makes peace, it is infuriating.
Does anyone know if there is a mod or if would be relatively simple to make a small mod that makes peace a non option for the AI?
