How can I combine two mods with eachother?

Like the title says I want to combine the two mods "1257 AD" and "Fire Arrow - Turn into an inferno" with eachother cause I want to have the option of customizing my banner in 1257 AD. I searched in different topics that were about changing and customizing the banner, I searched after topics how to combine 2 mods with eachother but without success.So if anybody can help I would be grateful about it.

You would need their module system for that. From both mods.
Ask the developers of the mods if you can have their module resources.

You could always try.

That would be very difficult and time consuming, unless you just want an element of one mod in another.
I think the author of Fire Arrow mod did not release his source, so you cannot add the banner customization from it.

Sad to hear this, it would have been cool to customize your own banner in 1257 AD like you can do in Fire Arrow mod. I think this topic can be closed.
Edit: OK! I found a native expansion for custom haraldry that allows you to create an own banner.
