How can I change/edit npc lords equipment/inventory?

Is there a way to change lords equipment/inventory? Can I do it with Morgh's tools?

As far as i remember, yes. Just goto troops and look for kingdom lords or knights.

It was like you said, the lords are under the name of trp_knight. I was playing Floris and some lords don't use their armor in battle, and others have shield skill 0 and couldn't use their shields. Now I can fix them!

There are also in Floris textures for crowns, but with the issue that when the kings wear them they appear bald. Do you know if there is some fix or other kind of crown texture around?

The fix is to modify the item entry for each crown with itp_doesnt_cover_hair.
