Horses bug

When I go into a horse shop, I get some errors, and all the non-vanilla horses are invisible. What's going on?

Never encountered bug like that. Maybe just try reinstalling the game/mod. It doesn't take too long.

Probably running out of memory.  Pendor is detailed and pretty, but there are some bugs in Warband that it seems to stress over the limit on some people's machines (like mine).

You might reduce your graphics settings, simply save and reload every time it happens, or look in some of the other thread here for a variety of suggestions on tweaking various things.

Sounds like an installation bug. Maybe the game cant link the textures to the horses in the shop, hence they are invicible. Delete your current installation and try again.
