"Horse Thief" Quest

I'm doing the polish main quest and I'm in the part of "Return of a Hero"(after helping the Crim Rebels). I now need three lords' support for me to return to the polish republic. I've secured two of them, but can't finish the third quest-"Horse Thief". The lord asks me to find his horse back from a Cossack Lord. I tried everything I can but the quest doesn't seem to move on.
Can anyone tell me how this quest is supposed to be finished?

yeah i got a problem with that quest to i took the guy and is now a prisoner of mine then i went back to that colonel and he didnt said **** so if any one know how to finish it tell me pleassseee

Hey guys about that can someone pls tell me what did Zagloba tell you please ?
He was in my party but then I lose a fight and have been captured after that I don't see him again
I have checked every town in Polish but I can't find him but he still appear at some stage of the Quest to advise me now I can't talk to him please help me
