you say in the readme.txt to add armouredhorse.brf to commonres, only problem is i dont have armouredhorse.brf in the download(morehorses.rar)
so i excluded it and followed instructions anyway, game loads up fine but i dont see any difference?????

That should be MoreHorse.brf.  The armouredhorse.brf is from the more warhorses download.

@wanderer:  Great job on the textures.  Really digging the variety of horses in the game now.  :smile:
 
i got a little problem with the horses:
i`cant see them...
the figure rides on nothing, bots get rumbled by ghosts, that cant be right
i searched for an mistake of me, but found none (but when i check myself i ould miss the mistake...)

any ideas why i cant see the horses? please send a pn

I finally took the plunge and installed these gorgeous horses into my WB game and now I can't thank you enough.  It's fantastic to see such a nice variety of horses in my battles.  This is much appreciated.  :smile:
 
Hello, want to try that beautiful mod but after installing it, I can't begin a new game... menu is greyed out ???
Any ideas ?

I keep getting game crashes since I installed the new Version 4.0 on entering towns, castles, battles etc. Starting the game works perfectly and I can travel around the world map as normal but on entering any location the game crashes with error code c0000005. I have no idea why, but this must happen anywhere in the More Horses MOD. My game installation is okay without More Horses 4.0. Any ideas?
 
I don't understand why, but this is conflicting with another mod item I've added to the game. when that brf resource is loaded, I get the following errors in the horse trader menu:

"Unable to find mesh BayWarhorseW"
"Unable to find mesh BlackWarhorseW"

When I comment out the load resource entry for the conflicting brf in the .ini file, the bay and black warhorses show up fine. Anyone have an explanation?

just added the arab NRm to the download, should work fine  :mrgreen:

I don't know why thats happening it shouldn't be conflicting, I have both mods on my computer working in harmony.  :eek:

I fixed it, sort of. I had edited the brf file containing the item I wanted to add to the game, removing some meshes for other items in the brf that I wasn't going to include. But since they all shared the same texture file, this somehow created a conflict with the bay warhorse and black warhorse in More Warhorses (and I still have no idea why they would...since these are two completely unrelated brf files). When I replaced the brf file with a copy of the original containing the 'excess' meshes I did not need, the conflict went away and I no longer receive the "no mesh" error. I have no idea why but I am totally curious about what I did wrong. I'd appreciated if anyone can shed light on it.

[edit] Bloody hell, this should be in the More Warhorses thread...sorry about that.
