Horse Issue

Playing earlier today (v. .601), I spawned into a battle perched on the edge of a rather large cliff above a river. I attempted to scramble to safety but immediately my horse slid down the cliff into the river and apparently drowned! Or rather, I was dismounted when we reached the bottom and the horse laid on it's side in the water. To all intents and purposes it seemed dead. However, after the battle it perked right up again and found it's way back into my inventory...

Just seemed queer.

Well, it just broke a leg during the fall... and since it's a pure random chance of horses becoming lame when brough down, consider yourself lucky .
