when fighting from horseback, sometimes the crosshair vanishes and it is only possible to aim straight forward or backward, but without a crosshair shown -->wild shots
this takes a long time to "end", which can make you very well lose the battle or dismount your horse :???:
hmm. i also saw this with the ai. it looks funny: they ride parallel to your position but are unable to shoot at you...

i used the search function, but didnt find a post about this before. so could this be a bug?

wow. heh, that never came into my mind!
amazing.
still have to try if its the same with a lance, so my guess is: couch damage is only possible on the right side of the horse, coz the lance is in your right hand, right?

now ive got so much "lefts" left to use...
well, ill leave left be - for now.

But the right hand can be turned either way - you do not drag it to your ear with a lance

Just try turning a broom in your hands. Then, try dragging a bowstring while you are turned right.

The aiming target takes too long to fade out and fade back in in my opinion, looking to the right side of the horse is like taking a time penalty to firing another shot.

Even if it did not fade out yet, once you release the bowstring, the arrow will fly directly in fromt (or from your back) instead of where the target is.
You still can't fire to the right!
