I have been observing the behaviours of horse archers for very long time in arena. They make obvious mistakes such as;
1. They just wander around without firing. They sometimes go to a far corner and stay there doing nothing. I see they are programmed to stay away from everything but they don't need to be coward this much especially against foot soldiers.
2. They fire their arrows while their horse is going full speed and the result is naturally very very inaccurate shots. AI can simply copy the standard player tactic, slow down or halt completely before firing and accelerate to escape then slow down again to fire and repeat...
