When on a horse, draw the bow. Then, look down and press dismount. If you still have your bow drawn all the way, you will float in the air at varying heights. I haven't tried to reproduce this bug, but it happened in a tournament.

Confirmed, it seems to keep you at horse height until you release the button.
You can still move about and will lower to ground level to do so, but you pop back up afterwards.
