Honor / right to rule levels?

Just wondering how high these scores go. I'm presently on about 175 honor and 40 RtR. Does RtR go from 1 - 100 , ie almost like a percentage? I have read posts of people with 99 RtR, but never more. Obviously honor doesn't stop at 100, because I'm already way past, but what is a 'high' honor rating?

High honor rating is around 100-150 (at that time you get relationship boost with every honorable lord, tested it on various games, tried with cheats too). And RtR is limited to 99.

My current honor is near 500. I've taken over the majority of land in the surrounding area of the Swadian Kingdom
