Recruit
After i released enemy's lords, Relations and honor rose

But as soon as they were released, they plundered my village and launched a guerrilla war

When face to face with them, they said "Oh my old friend..."

I was so angry that I executed them all.

I know. It was like that in warband too but I hoped they would change it for bannerlord. Raiding doesn't even give them anything much anyways, they're just doing it to be a pest. Your companion parties will raid too though..... dudes we have 1.5 million denars and 34 fiefs JUST FOR OUR CLAN, we don't need to be raiding peasants.
I hope they make friendly lords not raid or siege you unless very harsh circumstances and I hope they give you more options, like wink wink give your broke but a little denars and he goes away, or maybe you can 'capture' him and he hangs out in you keep instead of the jail.

Hope we boss clan mates around too.

Yeah. As it is at the moment it seems that trait system is only there to restrict YOUR gameplay. In any other case, all lords act absolutely the same. No matter devious or honorable, they will all attack civilian caravans and raid villages.

Don't raiding a town contribute to make a city less propserous/more starving ?

Not in any useful way. If they're the players fiefs then you might notice less denars and -food stock and of course no recruits and be annoyed...... but the AI doesn't care about any of this. Pre- AI free troops and exp care package it might have had more impact as the AI needed gold more and (I think) needed actual recruits to recruit. Now they get everything they need no matter what until you lop off their heads!

I've tried raiding to soften up garrisons, back before they had more food storage, the results were not discernible enough to be worth the time of the raiding. It would have much better yo just repeatedly beat down the lords of the fief and hope the pull from the garrison. Also if your relations get too low with notables, you can't do any quest for them to fix it, even if it's your fief.

Laying siege it'self is a good way to reduce food and eventually garrison, but it's very slow. A siege does call all the attention of the enemy though and so can reduce them raiding your own fiefs.

I love how the game's horrible mechanics have made everyone into revolutionary murderhobos. It's magnificent. I haven't played SP much as I didnt actually buy the game, but the idea of massacring every jackass with a title is tempting me to borrow my sister's copy.

It's also annoying how if you capture a city from it's native rulers they will start raiding what were their own villages and slaughtering their own people for revenge.
