I'm not even joking!  :grin:
These are some of the genious paths that the party took, when just clicking on the destination, short or long distances..
I dont remember anything like this in 1.0.5 or below.

That's because it didn't happen. Pathfinding in previous versions wasn't perfect, but it was nowhere near as bad as its been since 1.110.
 
Baleur, I took the liberty of posting the image you took to the bug tracker for the devs to see. Hopefully, it will help them fix it.
 
I find that clicking no more than a few pixels away from the horse is the best way to do it. Let as little of the pathfinding be done by the game as possible.

Yeah, i wonder how though. Did they attempt to improve it, or was it collateral damage in something completely unrelated?
I also noticed that villages appear to grow rich much more frequently. Perhaps they transplanted the war party ai, with the farmers moving between villages ai  :lol:
 
I liked it yesterday, how I ended up halfway to Sargoth from Suno when I clicked on Praven. Pathfinding has just been irritating lately, constantly 'sticking' to roads until the end of them before going cross country, even if the road leads in the opposite direction it will stay on it.
 
They were fixing the AI troops not going towards the enemy properly during battles. Perhaps the fix caused the unexpected effect to the pathfinding. Still the AI did get to where you want to go.
