Holy Recruit and Militia Equipment

Hello. Please share your ideas. I need some suggestions on what equipments should Holy Recruit and Holy Militia should have. The armor Northern Peasant(Now Northern Recruit) have changed.

A screenshot would be very helpful. Thank you.

my suggestion is
recruits:
rusty one hand sword no shield
bent spear
no helmet
peasant clothing

militia:
Skull cap
padded cloth
no gloves
leather boots, or wrapped leggings
sword, spear, or voulger
