Holding courts would be a great addition not just for immersive, but create challenges and decisions for players because not all of them should be easy to make, the list of what would be petitioners:

- Wealthy citizens (notables - wealth merchants, tenants - village notables, some random peasants, maybe?)
- Wanderers - companions wanting get into your service (pledge of sword)
- Your family members
- Governor: tax issues and trade
- Blacksmiths: offering a gift for their suzerain, a weapon or armor they crafted

- Lords (AI nobles) - swear fealty in exchange of land
- Mercenaries - fiefless cland and kingdomless clans, mercenaries companies offering their services
- Vassals: settle dispute over land against rivals or friends alike
- Governor: tax issues and trade
- Blacksmiths: offering a gift for their suzerain, a weapon or armor they crafted or crown
