Recruit

Made a longer post, but watned to add this as a suggestion
Would love more ways to role-play and gain traits- a fun way to do this could be to have a lord 'hold court' or 'sit in judgement' for issues or settle disputes among notables in the villages or towns.
If you have a fief, from time to time an issue would arise between residents and you (or your govenor of your fief) could settle it, allowing trait points (honor/mercy/etc) and /or financial benefits/drawbacks to be obtained based off decision.
Example: farmer getting cheated by wealthy landowner w access to noble recruits: if you side w the farmer you get mercy/generosity points but lose relationship with the landowner. If you side w the landowner, you have a relationship bonus (and access to more noble recruits) but lose generosity points.
