Resolved Hiring attacking mercenary hides the siege menu.

I was sieging a town. An army lead by ha hostile mercenary attacked. I hired the mercenary company & the army dissolved.
The siege menu was gone after this. I could advance time, the siege camp was still present & build orders already placed commenced, but I couldn't order an attack or retreat, as there was no menu.

This is on 1.08

Eventually another hostile force attacked, which reset the menu after defeating them.

To reproduce:

Besiege a town.
Have a mercenary leading an army attack you.
Hire the mercenary.
The siege menu should now be gone.

Maybe the menu also disappears if you convince an attacking lord to join you.
