LSP 3D Art Highlanders models *#:-)

Users who are viewing this thread

Those are absolutely beautiful, Yamabusi.  Some of the screenshots from 3DMax look like lead cast figurines, they are so detailed and real-lloking.  Well done.  One day I hope to make a mod that will have a place for these guys.  Do they use a lot of in-game resources?  They're very detailed, must be quite high-poly.

Yamabusi
Your work is striking good!
I especially like the textures, very detailed model ... is haughtiness.
I'm doing a "Mod" mmm, implementing the Native.
I would like to ask you some simple questions:
Right now, in the version you have to download ... action to keep your characters?
are mercenaries? you can hire in the taverns?
bandits, you can find in the map?
or are Heroes, you can sign up to follow you into the adventure?
(Eg "Jeremus", "Lezalit", "Artimener" are secondary characters in the game)

I hope my English translator google is good, :???:
because I am Spanish and I do not understand what is written in the forum!

Thank God and engineers, there is "Google" haha

Really,  thank you for this wonderful job ...!

Greetings from the Canary Islands, Tenerife

i cannot understand everything you wanted to ask
but i can say simple
1) there is small Highlanders mercenary troop tree, and of cause you can find its in taverns
2) there is some merchants and assassin's who wearing one of Yamabusi armors type
3) you find all new things in shops
4)theres no new characters like "Jeremus"
5)there no new kingdoms heroes

At least you did'nt give them blue facepaint.  :???:

You mean something like here?)

Nyargh. Yes. Exactly like that...
Because that very bloke, (who always stands on the Royal Mile in edinburgh, and who we cringe at every time we walk up there) was pretty much the exact stereotype I was thinking of when I referred to blue facepaint.

And since there were a few comments about my reaction, yes, I know that Yamabusi was aware of the 17th C date of that style - and what he's created are gorgeous models.  I'm well aware of the fact he was'nt aiming for medieval scots.
my only complaint is that inevitably, in mount and blade's medieval era setting, others will assume that they are how medieval scots appeared, perpetuating the myths.

rgcotl Hello!
I just translate your message and you will see that someone has to fix the google translator!

that gives me the translation is horrible! hahaha god.

But I think eh understood something that I as written:
1 º) The Highlander's can be hired in taverns and very varied!
2 º) Some dealers and murderers, are wearing armor Highlander's.
3 º) I can find the armor and other objects Highlander (eg, shields, swords, clothing), in stores.
4 °) There is no new character type, "Hero"
(I named "Jeremus" just as an example ... so I can understand people who read the message.)
5 º) that part if you do not understand, I think you mean that there are no kings or kingdoms new, but is only a supposition of the translation I'm seeing!

P. S. Thanks anyway rgcolt.
by the way, I hate to not know how is the translation that Google does,
that I write something and go to know how the google results ...
If you understand, give me ok :!:

Polies have nothing to do with it. The texture is just high quality man. I can tell from looking at the model that the poly count isn't that high. Still, a more medieval portrayal of the Scottish would be infinitely more appreciated.

Would you care if I retexture you models with new tartan variations?
