I searched for other threads with this problem and found a mention of it for a previous patch (https://forums.taleworlds.com/index...e1-3-1-beta-hotfix.422292/page-2#post-9433951). Thought I'd report it for the current version.
Summary:
Loaded a game after not playing for a while. Engage some looters and notice my character has large graphic artifacts around him. After battle go back to town and start un-equipping and re-equipping everything, piece by piece. Notice that wearing Highland Walord Bracers creates the massive artifacts. Had no problem previously
