highest rank troop recruited from village?

what is the highest rank troop one can recruit from a village?

i had a +100 relationship with a swadian village but they only give me swadian militia.  how much of a + rating do you need to start getting higher tier units?

I had gotten Swadian Crossbowmen once by recruiting from my village. Not sure about the relation though.

People claim to have gotten top tier units from villages.

The highest I ever got was Vaegir Veteran (tier 3), that was with around 60 relationship and an average village.

There is a random factor involved too, sometimes you could get like 40 recruits, and sometimes you could get 4 tier 4 guys instead..

Not sure how it all works, but as far as I know you could be lucky and get top tier guys.

dang and i don't get crap from my +100 rating village.

is +100 the highest possible or can it go even higher?  i have a school in that village and i haven't noticed it going up from 100.

does the village's prosperity matter in this?

100 is max.

Prosperity matters.

And its also a luck factor.. I mean, its pretty random what you get really.. So you have to be really lucky to get top tier guys. Its like winning the lottery.

you have to recruit many many times

when your relation is pretty high with the village, yes you can.

Well I've got 2 Swadian Sergeants once, so if it's different with nords it would be possible.

IIRC, Nari once got 18 Nord Huscarls from a village. There were screens and everything, I think.

While it's possible to get every kind of troop including huscarls it's just unlikely.
You get a 10% chance of improvement for each 10 points of disposition with the village. So if you have a disposition of 100 you have 10 chances of 10% each, for huscarls 5 of these chances have to succeed and the first upgrade needs to be into the melee tree (I guess that's 50/50).

I will end this relation is how many troops you get. prosperity is what kind of troops you get I got 9 swaiden knights from a village and I did quest to get prosperity to very rich and relations to 100 and it toke like a week(real time)to get one and a month to get the 9.




And yes you do need to be very Lucky.

How did you manage to make your village very rich?
I was so feed up with being average(for 100 days) that i only rule towns now.

Build a mill, protect it from enemy lords, make sure the villagers can go to town, buy loads of stuff.
