Highborn Warriors?

I was asked by a lord of battania to deploy 4 highborn warriors to a castle. I checked the troop tree and that troop isn't on any part of the tree. Does anyone know how to recruit highborn units?

I managed to get a few at a random village but when I went past again a few days later there was no more new ones either. Must be luck or something?

yes but how do you do that? THe only way is quests, but sometimes there are no quests.

Killing bandits and destroying hideouts around the village helps increase rep too.

You get the troops randomly. The tree doesn't show up, because the better troops (such as the battanian highborns) are tier 6 and the regular tree's go to tier 5. You can find them at any renown, it's just random. Keep looking in villages and towns and you will eventually find them...goes for all of the "noble" troops.
