HIgh Ping

Ever since the last update, I've been having much higher ping than what I used to have before. I play in EU and I used to get around 50/60 ping but right now I've been getting around 140 ping on all servers except the DR servers, where I get my normal ping.
I've also checked my ping in other games and its the same as ever, so this issue I have only seems to manifest itself on Bannerlord.

I also get major big Lag spikes since last update.
Its terrible, on any multiplayer game theres massive lag spikes and right in the middle of fights it lags and I die. Its legit the worst....can hardly play.
