Resolved High Ping

I played 2 Matches Siege and in the third one i had a ping of 350+ and it didnt went down. Was in TS3 and there i had my normal 25 ping without any problems. Happend to a friend yesterday aswell

On the top left did you took the right region for servers ?
If you had a ping that high it seems to me that you got placed in a server far from your continent.

After patch e1.0.1 my ping is ~900 on NA servers, should be ~25. Tried on two completely different machines, ~5 hours apart, restarting modem, etc. Patch 1.01 is the only thing that has changed since I was playing just fine last night.

Seems like AT&T is completely borked, fired up a different game with a working server browser and every server is 900+ across the board. So good news it's not a game problem

You got 300 ping because there are only 3 Siege servers available and they are all based in Oceania (aka Australia region). Siege always was the most popular mode in Warband and for some reason we got 10 Team Deathmatch servers in North America and Europe, but zero for Siege in NA/EU!

Matchmaking gets you into siege on NA but of course then you have to deal with matchmaking..

i live in Perth W.A and my ping to any oceanic server is 220+, but my ping to the asain servers is <60, i have zero packet loss to sydney and when i play world of warcraft (their servers are hosted in sydney) i get 55 ping, can someone explain please, ty

i only queue in europe, and my 2 friends i played with( live in the same city) had normal pings.

thats wrong it only happend one time for me, the other 30 siege rounds were totally smooth

We AINC have a player in NewCastle who gets 300 ping to Oceanic servers and Asian Region Servers.
I am in Perth .. and i get 50 to either.

I have 100MB/s internet and live in South America, the closest Server is North America and i get 300ms, can we please get a server down here too?

We have worked to improve our server stability and performance, lobby issue and fixed a lot of them in the past. If you still experience these issues in the latest version of the game please let us know. Marking this thread as resolved for now.
