HIGH PING ON SERVERS

I recently noticed that I cannot play MP anymore due to high ping. I have 300 hours and average at 50 ping and now I get 150 ping constantly. Has there been something that changed to the servers? Is there anyone else experiencing this? Im at 100mps on download and upload.
Anyone know the cause of this change?
