High ping and slow internet...

So I was playing last night and everything was going great 

But then I woke up this morning and to my horror my best ping was 120 (the best ping I get is usually 20 )

But not only that my whole internet was so slow everything is moving sloooow pages are taking like 2-3 mins to come up 

I dont understand  any advice or suggestions would be great thankx

<-- its 750 miles away but in-game the ping is still bad and i noticed others ping is bad as well wth is up ??

Try rebooting your router & cable modem, That fixed a similar issue for me a couple weeks ago. Reboot the computer too.

I've been in Warband since beta .700, but just joined the forums recently. I'm in the US, haven't seen many KOA members around, probably why you haven't seen me in game.

EDIT: oh, you saaid you HAVE seen me, miss read that lol
