Hidden cookie, new feature, or message from taleworlds?

I play singleplayer and used tweakMB to increase number of centers before tax inefficiency kicks in, and when i entered my budget report after tweaking under tariffs from towns it reads: "We've found ourself on opposite side of many arguments". Is this a message from taleworlds or a feature that explains the amount of income?

That would be a bug, they changed the tax inefficiency system in 1.124 so the tweak MB released before June 19th won't work properly with it.

Try downloading the new TweakMB and doing it again, if that doesn't work reinstall Warbands, patch it then do the tweaks again.

For future reference mod specific things should go in the thread for that mod though. TweakMB is in the unofficial editing tools section in the forge.
