I'm not sure if this is a bug or I should post it in suggestions. I keep finding hidden Lords. What I mean is, I go to find them for a quest and after much searching I notice they are just inside the wall of a town so they are very dificult to spot.
Today I had one waiting in the center of a town and untill another lord came near him I was unable to even target him and speak with him. The hidden army is just a minor annoyance, but when I can't even target them to interact with them it is just wrong.
