hidden 1.61 combat changes

just wondering what all the combat changes are,

i know about perks, and there are other threads to talk about how the majority of people do not like it,

but i was wondering what the subtle changes were,

i know kicks are different but does anyone know how specifically?

range seems down maybe -25%? and there is a stun now when you use it?

but what other things have happened?

did a turn cap get turned on?

i dont really use ultra fast turning with weapons but if others know about it please share
 
Throwing axes seem to be much weaker, though the patch notes do not mention this. In 1.6.0, I remember them doing a more significant chunk of damage (70 damage on headshots, can't remember which unit) but in this version of the game, throwing axe headshots only deal about 43 damage to a Peasant Levy with Improved Armor (14 armor)
