hi got a problem with my game code

ive just started playing mount and blade agin  but im getting thsi really odd problem which  is, everytime i start the game it says that i have not  restared the game, at first i took no notice of it and typed in my pastword into the regstration key. but after i had done that the game closed itself and when i opened it agian it said i hadnt registared and needed to enter my regstration code, but i had already done that so im a bit conufused and need to know how to fix it.

Make sure the account you're trying to play the game from can write to the registry.
