Ok this is my problem.
Sometimes in midle of battle i get this error message:

Assertion failed.
file:d/armagan/creatures/vertaxshader/item.h

expression:rgl_between (result,0,num_item_modfilers)

and i think i can say TY already ^^

Try turning vertex shader's off.

Look's to me that the shader's are causing it to crash , maybe you need new driver's , or your video card is to slow.

But look's like turning off shader's should work for a short-term solution.

Ok i think i found how to solve this problem!
i took shadows off and after that i didnt get error message anymore.
so if some1 else has the same problem, taking shadows off should solve the problem! :
